Zkosemi has an office area of about 2000 square meters, headquartered in Baolong Avenue, Longgang District, Shenzhen, China. At the same time, we will have layout over cities of Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta in China and countries of United States, Israel, to establish research and development, production, testing, operation team and corresponding facilities.

The core team of Zkosemi has many years of experience in semiconductor laser development, design and a number of independent intellectual property rights, with more than 20 years of experience in optical chip industrialization. It has the core technology of high-end design, wafer manufacturing, module packaging and high yield wafer manufacturing based on VCSEL/DFB/EML and other semiconductor laser optical chips.

Zkosemi core products mainly include:

·VCSEL optical chips with 850nm and other related wavelength range of 10Gbps /14Gbps /25Gbps NRZ/50Gbps PAM4 and higher rate data transmission (can also be used in HDMI/USB, etc.), for optical communication.

·VCSEL optical chips with 905nm and other wavelengths of high-power Lidar, for intelligent vehicle assisted driving / automatic driving system.

·940nm and other wavelengths of high-performance 3D sensing VCSEL optical chips, for consumer electronics and intelligent Internet of Things.

The corresponding downstream customers can develop products including 400G optical module, 800G optical module or even higher rate optical module, 3D sensor face recognition module, laser radar module, etc. Future optical chips also include silicon optical module applications, DFB optical chips, EML optical chips, silicon based monolithic integrated optical chips, etc.

The core team members come from California Institute of Technology, University of Texas, University of California, Berkeley, Tsinghua University, University of Science and Technology of China, Xiamen University, Nankai University, Taiwan Tsinghua University, Taiwan Jiao Tong University and other well-known universities globally. Our team have rich experience in R&D, production, operation and other aspects. The optical chip products created on the production line have been successfully applied in a large scale to Apple mobile phones, Huawei mobile phones and various smart products.
