Its work spans research, design, manufacturing, sales and service across three generations of technology: VCSELs for communications and sensing, integrated optical engines for NPO and CPO, and integrated photonic computing chips.
公司由清华大学电子工程系郑博士（深圳清华大学研究院光电芯片研发中心主任、原华为技术10多年资深专家），携手“清华系+华为系+留学专家”光芯片博士团队，于2020年10月在深圳市龙岗区创立。ZKOSEMI was founded in Longgang, Shenzhen in October 2020. Its founder, Dr. Zheng of Tsinghua University’s Department of Electronic Engineering, directs the Optoelectronic Chip R&D Center at the Research Institute of Tsinghua University in Shenzhen and spent more than a decade at Huawei. The founding team includes photonics researchers with backgrounds at Tsinghua, Huawei and overseas institutions.
公司全面赋能人工智能、算力中心、光互联、智能汽车、低空经济、消费电子及工业应用等领域，为客户提供全球领先的光载信息一体化解决方案。已形成由光通信VCSEL光芯片（波段850nm短距离200m/波段1060nm中距离2km）、高功率密度激光雷达VCSEL光芯片、高效率3D感测VCSEL光芯片以及新型光电集成业务，构成的“感通算”光载信息产品矩阵。The company serves artificial intelligence, compute centers, optical interconnects, intelligent vehicles, the low-altitude economy, consumer electronics and industrial applications. Its sensing, communications and computing portfolio includes 850 nm VCSELs for 200 m links, 1060 nm VCSELs for 2 km links, high-power-density VCSELs for lidar, efficient VCSELs for 3D sensing, and optoelectronic integration.

It lists top-three awards from competitions organized by the Western Returned Scholars Association, the China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, the China Disruptive Technology Innovation Competition, the China Chuangyi Entrepreneurship Competition and Tsinghua’s Guoqiang Cup.
